SAUCE
2 tbsp apricot jam
2 tbsp orange juice
1 clove garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1 lb chicken breasts
Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce. Spoon over chicken. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve
