Low Carb Recipe for Flaxseed Vinaigrette

This goes great on salad. It makes 1/4 cup and is ready in 5 minutes.

2 Tbsp flaxseed oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
dash black pepper

Mix well, and keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
